    Using the cardio zone’s full potential, our Bootcamp class makes the most of our cardiovascular exercise equipment. Experience our cardio zone through Bootcamp’s blend of cardio and strength-building workouts.

    HIIT Classes

    Our high-intensity interval training is based in one of our multi-purpose fitness studios. These energetic circuit workouts will get your heart pumping as a fun, full-body workout for cardio day.

    BOXFIT Classes
