15 YEARS EXPERIENCE
Sport has been a defining part of my life from an early age. From primary school competitions to university sports clubs and national-level events, I have always been deeply involved in athletic performance. My background includes Athletics (Track & Field) and Football, disciplines that shaped my understanding of strength, speed, endurance, and technical development.
Competing in these events has strengthened my practical understanding of endurance preparation, structured programming, recovery strategies, and race-day performance.

I take a holistic approach to training, recognising that performance is influenced by biomechanics, physiology, recovery, nutrition, and lifestyle.
I am passionate about ongoing professional development and regularly attend fitness conventions, workshops, and industry seminars to ensure my coaching methods remain current and evidence-based.
I understand that energy levels and performance can vary day to day. Sessions are adjusted accordingly to ensure optimal training load while maintaining long-term consistency.
Training will include a strategic combination of strength work, accessory exercises, functional movements, and mobility components to enhance performance and support recovery.
