What to Expect

Using lighter kettlebells, this class flows through a continuous series of exercises designed to boost strength, endurance, and overall fitness with full-body workouts. Kettlebells are incredibly versatile, allowing you to train natural, functional movements that enhance everyday strength and mobility.

Absolutely! The class may be high-energy and intense, but there are no unnecessarily complex exercises involved, and all it takes is a kettlebell and your body. It also encourages natural movements and improvements to mobility, posture and general strength, perfect for the normal day-to-day.

Can I improve mobility and stiffness through the Kettlebells class?
This class is designed to work out the full body through light weights in a non-stop routine. With each of the natural movements and the blood pumping, it is great for opening up the body and enhancing strength.

Do I need to bring anything to the class?
There’s no need to bring anything to classes as our fitness studio is fully equipped; you may bring a water bottle if needed.

Does Kettlebells class help to burn calories and lose weight?
You will work up a sweat throughout this class. The more you raise your heart rate, the more calories you will burn, and working out alongside other gym-goers motivates you even more with peer accountability.

Why is functional fitness good at the gym?
For some, fitness isn’t all about bodybuilding. Functional training is a method of strength training using the whole body in a way that simulates everyday movements and can make our daily routines easier through strengthening the whole body.
