Fitness Classes Using Free Weights

  • Two women doing forearm plank exercises on a gym floor. Two people working out together for better results.

    CORE & CONDITIONING

Elevate your fitness levels with this class. A dynamic workout combining body weight training, dumbbells, and steps to deliver a strengthening full-body workout. Feel inspired by the types of workouts in this class to keep using and progressing in the free weights area.

  • A fitness instructor is coaching a group of women in a gym, where they are performing kettlebell exercises. The gym has a wooden floor, exercise bikes lined up against the wall, and colorful LED lighting on the ceiling and walls.

    KETTLEBELLS

Inside our fitness room, we host Kettlercise. Regular Kettlebell training is typically carried out by lifting heavy weights. However, Kettlercise is carried out using light weights and is set out in a non-stop routine, for a total body workout. Using this style of exercise is perfect for those who are beginners with the free weights, as it provides a more gentle start to pumping iron.

  • Fitness class in a mirrored studio with women using weights, punching bags, and other equipment, with purple lighting and wooden floors. Dynamic classes like Body Pump, Kettlebells, Boxfit, Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, Strength and Conditioning

    BODY PUMP

Using the LES MILLS 60-minute barbell class, you will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body with great music for extra motivation. Take the opportunity to hone training exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls so that you can put them into your solo gym routine.
