A 100-A-DAY CHALLENGE

This November, we’re taking on a powerful mission — 100 push-ups or 100 squats every day to raise awareness and support for Cancer Research. Every rep counts. Every drop of sweat shows strength, solidarity, and hope for those fighting cancer. This challenge is about consistency, community, and making a difference.

At RICHMOND HILL HEALTH CLUB, our mission has always been clear: to build a strong, connected community that lifts each other up — in fitness, in health, and in life. We train together, we motivate one another, and we strive to stay healthy and strong — not just for ourselves, but for those around us.

But we also know that strength isn’t only about muscles or endurance. It’s about compassion, resilience, and standing up for something bigger.
Cancer still touches the lives of too many — friends, families, and members of our own community. This November 2025, we’re turning our strength into support.

We’re doing this to raise awareness, to show our support, and to inspire others to keep fighting. Any and all donations will go toward helping those affected by cancer — because when our community comes together, we can do more.

Let’s prove that strength grows stronger when shared. Join us, support us, and let’s make every push-up and squat count.
