We are excited to announce the first edition of the Indoor Duathlon at Richmond Hill Health Club! This event is the perfect opportunity to challenge yourself, have fun, and connect with fellow club members.
Event Details:
Date: 8th September
Location: Richmond Hill Health Club
Activities:
Run for 20 minutes at your own pace on the treadmill
Transition to the spinning bike for 20 minutes (constant cycling at your own pace)
Return to the treadmill for another 20-minute run
How to Participate:
Registration Deadline: 1st September
Performance Measurement: The total distance covered on the treadmills will determine the results.
This event is designed for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, you can participate at your own pace and still be a part of the excitement. It’s a great way to push your limits and enjoy a fun, supportive atmosphere.
