OUR CLASSES

  • BODY PUMP

    BODYPUMP, the original LES MILLS 60min barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! BODYPUMP is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl.

  • PILATES

    Exercises are performed standing, seated and lying down with emphasis on alignment and posterior lateral breathing whilst executing the moves. These will initially be performed with the instructor on a timed sequence to create the flow and then at your own pace under guidance.

  • YOGA FOUNDATION

    This class is a great way to begin your yoga journey. It is designed to break down essential elements of the yoga practice, step by step. During the practice you will find both relaxation and strength as you move in the mat through different asanas (postures) linking your movements with your breath. Opening the body and calming the mind.

  • YOGA (VINYASA)

    Vinyasa, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of Yoga classes. The breath becomes an important component because the teacher instructs you to move from one pace to the next on an inhale or an exhale.

    ‘Dynamic Vinyasa’ class is a combination of strong postures in flowing sequences combined with breath work to help create a greater mind and body connection. In turn this awareness will help one to feel more energised and rejuvenated ready to take on the rest of their day!

  • SPINNING

    This class attracts not just the Spinning fanatics but everyone from the newcomer to the serious cyclist & the fitness addict. It works on the rate of perceived exertion (RPE) which is a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the hardest. By using RPE everyone in the class can work to their own level & intensity. Each week, there is a different class program, with challenging hill climbs, buzzing interval training stages plus adrenalin pumped sprints.

  • YOGA (HATHA FLOW)

    Hatha yoga flow is a class for mixed ability students, challenging but with options for all levels. Pranayama breathe work and relaxation techniques. Hatha yoga is designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially the main channel, the spine—so that energy can flow freely. In our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose.

  • SPIN & ABS

    This mixed indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels! Begin with a calorie torching ride on the spin bike featuring 30 minutes of interval drills matched to the music.. Finish with a 15-minute core combo off the bike. This class guarantees you that full body workout!

  • CORE BLAST

    30-min class consists of various exercises designed to strengthen the core to aid in posture and increase muscular strength and endurance. When you have a strong core, everything improves, like your coordination, balance and flexibility.

  • ROCKET YOGA

    Rocket is an energetic and invigorating style of yoga. Dynamic and fast paced, linking movement and breath. In this dynamic yoga class you will be encouraged to be playful with your practice, having the freedom to challenge yourself with some arm balances and inversions but also with plenty of ways to modify the poses to suit your body and level of practice.

  • HIIT

    HIIT

    HIIT is a 30-minute workout that improves your possibilities and breaks your limits. You will burn hundreds calories. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

  • KETTLEBELLS

    Regular Kettlebell training is typically carried out using heavy weights whereas Kettlercise is carried out using light weights and is set out in a non-stop routine that will work every single muscle in your body to ensure you melt away fat, tone up, improve core stability and dramatically improve endurance.

  • BOXFIT

    BOXFIT is a workout based on an intense cardio warmup, boxing with intervals, bodyweight exercises and of course core work – all focusing on fitness and toning.
